COB Advisory Boards Challenge
The Dean's Discretionary Fund allows the College of Business to respond to emerging needs, and gives Dean Chris Martin the flexibility to direct funds towards the College's most pressing needs in a given year. Gifts from 75 COB Advisory Board members and/or alumni will unlock $5,000 for the Dean's Discretionary Fund. The $5,000 is donated by Kenny Hodges, a 1994 Management graduate.

Education Excellence Challenge
Once $1,000 in gifts has been reached in this challenge, Betty Lou Robertson will give $1,000 to the COE Excellence Fund. This fund is used across all 3 disciplines (Kinesiology, Psychology and Behavioral Services and Curriculum, Instruction & Leadership), within the College for: professional development for faculty and students; replacement and the maintenance of innovative equipment that is required to stay relevant within the profession.

A gift to Business Excellence allows the College to remain competitive, flexible and innovative by responding to changing circumstances and taking advantage of new opportunities that ultimately provide an immediate impact on the lives of our students and faculty.
