Psychological Services Clinic Match
Skip Russell (COE Class of 1968) and his wife, Carolyn, will generously match gifts made to the College of Education’s Psychological Services Clinic up to $5,000 on Giving Day. Our region qualifies as an underserved area for mental health services and the PSC provides no-to-low-cost services to clients of all ages. Funds raised for the PSC will go towards supporting assessment instruments, software, intervention tools, research, conference travel, professional development, and graduate students. Thank you to Skip and Carolyn for their loyalty to COE and help us impact the population’s growing mental health challenges.

College of Education Retention Scholarship Support Challenge
Lawrence (class of 1980 and 1996) and Alice (COE classes of 1979 and 1982) Higginbotham will generously match gifts made to the Retention Scholarship fund up to $3,000. The Higginbothams are passionate about education and want to make sure students who experience a hardship event, such as a family medical or financial crisis, can overcome these unexpected obstacles by providing financial assistance to not derail college dreams.
